green light fall from sky

I saw the same thing 20 years ago sitting by a lake late at night in the woods of Oregon. HUGE. Out of nowhere. Bright green and lit up the whole sky. AMAZING. I still do not know to this day?

Saw the same thing, I was driving down 208 into Grove City. My father saw it, he was in Clearfield, and a friend of his was 80 miles east of him and he saw it too.

Got the light reflected off the ground on security camera... Lit up the forest, exact same time as you report. Went outside to check my property, deep low frequency boom

I experienced the same thing when I was camping, when I was about 13 or so. We were all sitting around the campfire (5 of us) when it happened. This green orb came streaking out of the sky, right out of the north...on one hell of a shallow course(like it was traveling almost horizontal)...we heard a boom when it went over us. Anyways, it streaked over us, and kept on until it looked like it went down, somewhere to the south. We spent almost the entire night trying to find it (thinking it crashed, based on its trajectory)...but we never found anything. As a matter of fact, I was with 3 of the others on New Years, and we were talking about it.

i saw the same exact thing in paterson nj around dat exact time i saw a green flash in the light and it dissapear in seconds i though i was the only one who saw this

Nope, your not crazy.. seems to have a very wide footprint from the reported observation locations

That is pretty amazing we all saw this around That time and in different cities i still would love to know wth was it.

I spotted the same thing at the exact same time in Bridgewater NJ as I was driving along the road, it was amazing, i've never seen anything like it in my life!!

take the time to look-up often. look in the deep atmosphere. look for star sized objects moving. Like spotting Satellites.
It is well worth he time.

Gold color, only light that low.. Nothing on flight aware in that location.

Low freq boom two min after flash, perhaps.. But since others are not reporting the sound.. That shook my house, I guess it's possible.

Hope it was a bolide.. Colors seem right, but others actually saw it firsthand, not reflected.. They say no.

I saw the same thing in New Milford CT. I would have guessed it was just about midnight. It could have been a few minutes before or after. I was lying in bed reading and I saw a bright green glowing ball fall from the sky. No sound. It appeared to have been right across the street in my neighbors yard but after much thought I realized I had no idea of how close or far away it was. I've never seen anything like it before and it freaked me out!!! I want to know what it was!!!!

I was outside shoveling my driveway last night and all of a sudden a bright flash appeared...I looked up and the cold to me seemed blue....it reminded me of a flare or firework.
