Quoting: Dr. Acula flu season came around... they would just go about sneezing, snotting and hacking and coughing... but they never ever ever got sick  I notice for me, that any time the weather does a flip flop, like when it is cold and becomes suddenly warm or vice versa. I get sick. No amount of vitamins, rest or 'healthy' eating or activities seem to avoid it. |

Wearing furry thick clothing during winter and thin clothing during summer. Instead of trying to get used to the conditions of weather, most try to fight it. That's one of the main reasons why so many get sick when the weather changes. |

I could have sworn I had read somewhere that when you are cold, it causes a temp boost in your immune systems responses. I would only assume that constant manipulation of our internal body temps 'thermostat' could cause irregular responses. |
