Raising up A-dolts
Let's create a thread where we record ALL of the misconceptions placed on man. All of the ideas that have been proven absolutely incorrect and more so, were known as false and were used to intentionally mislead man.

If we would consider our entire universe is moving into a single point or a singularity, this thought would make sense.

I obviously want to tip toe very lightly around that discussion though~

But organized religion has shaped a lot of our culture.

Regardless of Christianity, every nation worshiped something and it shaped who they were being.

I understand your initial point that states of minds are being defined as a 'mental' illness.

To be honest, I believe how one reconciles their mind, is the ultimate factor in regards into ones being. Like a cup of water, the mind must not be left to set for too long, for it shall surely stagnate. And indeed we do see minds stagnate when not stimulated in a positive manner.

So again, I would say that how one handles their own being, is what matters most and maybe these inner divisions of self-consciousnesses, or reflection, is the true philosopher stone.

You guys are awesome, great thread, brain isn't working well enough for input. Loved the two initial ideas as well of flat earth and universe revolving around earth. Knew a teacher who actually said there was evidence of this.
