Like a cup of water, the mind must not be left to set for too long, for it shall surely stagnate. And indeed we do see minds stagnate when not stimulated in a positive manner. So again, I would say that how one handles their own being, is what matters most and maybe these inner divisions of self-consciousnesses, or reflection, is the true philosopher stone. |

Knew a teacher who actually said there was evidence of this. |
