I have not yet tried the oil pulling, but I do read good things about it. The toothpaste I make is from WellnessMama.com website. She has several recipes that are very good - a tooth powder, and a squeezable toothpaste with a consistency similar to what you would buy at the store. I have made both and am very happy with them, except on the squeezable, during the winter, the coconut oil becomes very hard and it's not quite so squeezable.
