One problem of the remineralization of most people's teeth is that they are still using flouridated toothpaste. The flouride coats the teeth and retards the minerals in the saliva to remineralize the tooth. I have two cavities that were supposed to be filled a year ago, and started making sure everything I ate was able to be processed to replenishing my phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, A,C, D, & K, etc (the key ingredients to remineralization), and the progression of the decay has halted, and somewhat reversed. The first thing I noticed was that my teeth felt like there is a smooth texture on them when I run my tongue over my teeth - kind of like a glass coating. But the main thing is to ditch the flouride. Your teeth will not remineralize with that toxin on your teeth or in your body.
Quoting: Persephone you need to get a grip and do some real research.
Go and talk to a well respected dentist in your area.
one over the age of 60.
you will seriously damage your body by not having any flouride.
flouride occurs naturally in groundwater, some water supply companies literally have to reduce the amount of natural flouride in the ground water before serving it to the public.
since time has begun humans have ingested natural calcium flouride from groundwater sources. (wells, springs)
Calcium Fluoride, #1, is the Cell Salt that strengthens bones and teeth. Calcium Fluoride works by bonding calcium from the saliva to the enamel of the teeth. Calcium Fluoride is an important mineral found in bones, skin and teeth.
do everyone here a favor and stop spreading the flouride myth and stop believing it was used in nazi germany to make people docile.
in a few short years you will see that if you are not drinking flouridated water, your teeth will fall out of your fuggin head.
mark my words son.
