I agree with him
Most everything on earth is a finite resource, as in, it will eventually run out. That is not if, but when.
The more people on earth, the more resources used that cannot be replaced.
He's not full of shit, he is speaking an inconvenient truth.
I don't know about stop breeding, but we do need to slow it down for sure.

The 'Arab spring' for example was mainly caused by poverty and lack of jobs and money.
