There isnt any prohibition on armed aircraft being used by law enforcement in the US.

Its only a matter of time before armed drones are used to attack American citizens, unless something tremendous is done to preclude that from happening.

They prolly already started... They call it something else but when a building is obliterated, it don't look like what they said...

It's only a matter of time until it happens, but they actually have no legal cover for non-judicial killings without due process.

The drones will be seen increasingly in our skies, patrolling and monitoring - building the patterns that they will meld with the cyberstalking and financial stalking systems already in place, cell phones, cameras... Your every action will be observed and judged with cold indifference by those in power, and they will impute motives and intent to those actions as it suits them...

Sometimes - because they fear you will act against them, sometimes - just to take what is yours to use for their purposes... Sometimes just for convenience - like when they need a kidney, or corneas...

Let's just say, for the sake of example, that CNN just now reported the following:

"Drone Strike Kills 15 Terrorist Suspects in Ohio."

Assume that these were US nationals "with ties to Al-Qaeda." Drug dealers. Arms dealers. Whatever, but they were Americans and they got gunned down by a drone without any kind of warning.

I doubt that they would admit it was a drone strike (probably blame gas lines), but IF THEY DID... are you telling me that you personally would go start shooting?
