Tips are for picking up the corporational slack. I mean as a waiter in past, being paid 2.13 by corporation and most of income is from the people being waited on. It is true that most of the time, not a very good tip and very picky eaters...especially noted they were black church people with big hats...don't expect much tip at all and they will run you around until you are drained.
