well, i take your point , to a point. but its not ok on any level for people in positions of trust and authority to start making up laws just because they're having a bad day. that's a big ol slippery slope to nowhere. i saw no justification for the way those guys acted. you cant just make up laws. end of story and since these guys were breaking no laws then thats end of story as far as i can see.

He was within his rights, not testing them. The officers were testing their right to attack people without cause and get away with it.
