THIS IS BULLSHIT!

Since when can you not take a picture?

i think "Loitering" is still on the books.

The police shouldhave given him a ticket for loitering, if they really wanted him to leave. But theywere probably Catholic and didnot really want him to leave.

Watched more of the video, the guy refused to put the camera away and kept talking back to them even though they kept telling him to put it away, and nicely at first. Agree that he was causing trouble and asking for it. Why you can't film the tracks, idk but they probably have good reasons but wasnt that difficult to stop filming and put the camera away. Unless you're a stubborn 2 year old hell bent on getting your own way.

If the government doesn't want you to film, don't you think there would be restrictions on camera phones and other such devices? When people film odd things like railroad tracks and following cops around and harassing people with cameras, it subject to reasonable suspicion...mentally healthy people don't do those things, there's certainly an ulterior motive behind their behavior.

that is the point of this whole thread....

there is no law against photography

they were waiting for a train.... taking pictures...

the security officers went out of there way to treat these American Taxpayers like terrorists....

I can understand if they were still drinking and acting loud and crazy......but the weren't.

America ....where taking pictures while waiting for a train is a crime!

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Not a two year old. A full fledged adult. Talking back ? Stating the facts is talking back?

I believe him trying to talk to the officers is a mark of a intellignce. Do you think that stiking them the minute they started trying to intimidate him is a better option? I say his choice of actions was very mature.

He is a adult taxpayer not breaking any laws. Who was he troubling? I saw no one there but him and his friend.

What were the police responding to?

What would be so difficult about allowing him the freedom to film and get on the train and go home? I say the officers acted like children not getting their way. Dangerous children with guns.

they can easily put up signs that say "no cameras" and this would be a non issue....

I don't see why filming the tracks is so important that its necessary to be that argumentative about it. Sorry if you had bad experiences with officers but you look like you just want an excuse to break the law, like the guy in that video.

I don't see why not being able to film train tracks would ruin someone's day that much. So yes, he was acting like a 2 year old, as are the people making a big deal about him not being able to film railroad tracks.
