There is no law against filming train tracks... then he expressed his 1st amendment right saying "Im waiting for a train taking pictures".....which he was.. then they told him to put his camera away......WHY?.....he has every right as an American Taxpayer to take pictures..... it doesnt matter if a security officer likes it or not!....he wasnt breaking any laws by refusing to put his camera phone away! then they arrested him UNLAWFULLY by SECURITY GUARDS.....NOT OFFICERS! please explain to me what law he broke to be arrested..... |
