Yup. I had railroad men hunting me for 2 days on quads last fall. They wanted to arrest me too. I wasn't on their land but I had cameras set up nearby. I wore a Gille Suit and was totally mil. cammoed out for 2 weeks.
One caught up to me in town and said the Sheriff would not respond or arrest because I was tasked to the _G for that job.
Long story short, they will arrest anyone on, near or taking pictures if you don't have higher clearance.

he wasn't stumbling or slurring his voice....

the security fucked with him for taking pictures...

and used the fact that he had alcohol on his breath to take him out...

the video footage clearly shows 2 men minding their own business taking pictures while waiting for a train.....

the 3 security officers went out of there way to approach the men on the platform.... not because they were drunk.... but because they were filming train tracks....

then they went on to tell the men that they were breaking the law by filming the tracks.....which is a lie....there is no law against photography...

after that it was an unjust pursuit which ended up in unlawful detainment....
