It is @ 90% Hispanic, my brother (white) lived there for 5 years and was quite happy, said he had never experienced a single prejudicial action or comment the entire time even though he himself was a minority there

Loved the weather there too, said it was beautiful

It's not the 'mix' of people you perhaps wanted, but you should feel quite at home there
