So, in essense, you are implying there is a source who is using this drug/herb "devils breath" to mind control certain people into going on a shooting spree, using people whom would be a likely subject of such a henious crime because they are on psycotropic medication for emotional disturbances.

Evidently the person can be controlled to such an extreme that they will follow explicit instructions and bid the will of this source...whomever that may be, and not remember a thing. I don't know whom your source works for so there is a hole there that needs to be filled.....or does it even matter who that is at this point.

So you are saying that a person was mind controlled with this drug and the ability to do so was so perfect they were able to cohearse the shooter into killing innocent children and his mother (and himself); the worst and most henious of all killing crimes.
