how are the headaches?
if you start twitching out, and getting headaches, smoke some weed and drink a lot of water.
you've got about two weeks until the cravings are gone completely
just be careful...i fell off the wagon about ten years ago and never looked back.
i fell into the cream and sugar trap about 3 years back...finally weened myself off the sugar....the cream is too nice to pass up, though
