It's a good list. Under item 10, I would add the phrase trade items. When people come to stay with you, they should expect to bring things to help maintain the community.
Bring good gloves and tools. Bring seeds, medicines, a canteen, weapons, seeds, matches, lanterns,batteries, you know what you need to bring. There's lots of lists.
Trade items are vital because we will run out. Trade will begin again, but it will take planning. I've written about reestablishing trade. See my sig for details or on very complex topics of prepping.
