There is only one way to ensure world peace, and it is a two-part requirement:

1) Eliminate all central banks/debt-based fiat currencies.

2) Devolve all power and armaments from central authorities (government)

It seems you are missing the point. For one to be able to show they have accepted peace, they must accept peace within first. This paper is for you to show others that you have accepted peace and for them to hold you to your word with it.
