I try to tell people this all the time. It is amazing how many people refuse to believe it. I have mentioned this same thing in many of my posts and responses to other's posts.
Jesus spent 1/3 of his time casting out demons from people and YES Christians can be under demonic influence as well.
The bible makes it VERY clear and I don't understand how some people claim they believe the bible but think that it is something that happened in the past.

I really look forward to this discussion.

I was watching Joan of Arc last night and realized why virginity is so important to Christians...

Demons can be passed through DNA, and that's how they manipulate people's minds and bodies...

They checked Joan and found her pure, even though eventually they burned her, but she was not affected by satan or any of his demons, but inspired, and at times, protected by St Catherin and St. Michael.

I wholeheartedly believe in demonic possession. And after seeing the pseudoscience they call "psychiatry" turn out to be nothing but total guesswork and bullshit I think demonic possession holds about as much scientific water.

Believing that demons can possess people is just another way of ditching responsibility for one's own actions. Society will begin healing when citizens stop thinking they are powerless to change their own lack of ambition towards a better world.

Of course people can be possessed and oppressed by demonic spirits!!! I watcjes my aunt pat become possessed in moms kitchen and her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she spoke in. A mans voice and called my mom by her name and told mom to tell my dad and brothers in law not to make fun of her!/him!!
She did witchcraft and black magic her whole life. When mom heard rhat demon she began rebuking that demon in Jesus name and speaking in tongues and that demon left.
