As a kid, many years ago, we had a well with a hand pump. You can still get them, but you will probably have to go to a farm supply store. Even there they may have to special order it. If you look on-line, I'm sure you will see them in many suppy web sites. It will probably have to be installed by a well service company, so you might start looking there. Hand pumps are great, but they will not supply your house with water. You will have to walk out to the well with a bucket.
