Right here in Ireland.
I meet people every day and I don't have a clue what they're saying.
The raw Dublin accent is bad, but at least understandable.
The Cork accent is... amusing, but somewhat comprehensible.
But head into the wilds of the midlands and they may as well be speaking Martian.
