Wonder if it's possible to focus both on Jupiter & the background of stars at the same time?! or won't the difference in contrast & focusing properties allow it? How big are those moons compared to our Earth? Do you have non-visible images like infra-red, UV etc?

Thanks for your vocal answer on the background 'stars' issue, have learned something new about exposures. It just goes to show just how good our eyes are at capturing everything then. A friend gave me a new wide flatscreen monitor & have to say Jupiter looks amazing on full screen.

Lots of us realize this who have not been in battle of course, but this is a real gem as it captures the comfort that is experienced by anything that comes close to doing the job. It is true not all have experienced this grace or pleasure, it's hard for me to describe. Many have "felt" it...soldiers, drug addicts, exhausted residents, mothers at deaths door in labor, starving children ...not pretty, but something that is sad luxury that crosses all spectrums of humanity.

I guess my confusing point is that one basic item (helmet) can give so much comfort in hellish circumstances.

It's profound and I like it.
