Lol No. Jail is vacation compared to a prison. Never been to prison myself but ive heard stories. Only thing bad about jail is the food and boredom.

You could try sincerely apologizing to the judge,acknowledge your problem and ask if you could have yourself committed to a rehab.He might give you less time if your sincere about it.BTW, rehabs really do help .
