Well in America, isn't the 3rd DUI where they lock up in PRISON for 20 YEARS?

And, so for the rest of your life you cannot drink.

And so you didn't learn your lesson the first time.

and you will most likley not learn it the second time.

and you will most likley go to PRISON for 20 years for this.

So you are most likley White Male, non-Jewish, as the Framers of this LAW decided to point it at their enemy.

Either way, you are their intended Victim, and based upon how it goes for their victims you will probably have your life ruined.

If it wasn't by this, you'd have 50% chance of being their victim in the American Divorce courts.
