Two-thirds of women said they preferred a male boss because their straight-talking, ‘get to the point’ attitude makes them easier to deal with. They are also much less likely to have a hidden agenda, suffer mood swings or get involved in office politics, workers said. About 3,000 men and women were questioned for the research, with three- quarters of men agreeing that they would rather work for a man than a woman. A quarter of women accused female bosses of backstabbing and bringing their personal lives into the office. Case in point, Hillary Clinton, one of the lousiest leaders in the history of the USA.If there is one thing good you can say about obama it is the fact that he beat her. It says something when the USA would rather have a black commie for a president than a woman. I can go on and on, but women in leadership roles, or positions of power prove time and time again they are unfit for the job. Penis envy is rampant, emotion ruling over logic, power tripping and a host of other poor leadership qualities abound when women are given positions of trust. Lets not even begin to talk about when they are a boss.I have never had the fortune to be in that position, but all the others i know that have, have been unimpressed. Dont bother citing maragaret thatcher or goldie meyer, they were both pieces of shit who talked out of the sides of their mouths and were evil incarnate. they also oversaw the marked decline of their respective countries due to their piss poor leadership.In my opinion. PS men can be crappy leaders as well, but women just seem gentically predisposed to it.They cant be cool about it. What is the sign of a good leader? A person who can show responsibility and concern for the people he's leading? In that case....the men have proven they aren't very good leaders either. Women are not the problem....they are the solution. |

Women should not run nations, or have any important seat in running one that involves the ability to make world, life/death decisions. Women should not fight in battle. There are a lot of things women shouldn't be doing (by nature) that they are doing these days. Men should make the ultimate decision in all (utmost) important matters. However, men should respect women and treat them well. Having said that, women should be respectable and deserving of that favorable treatment. |
