Money must be talking. This is really disturbing to see a southern state fold so easily. I wonder how many other states have this happening ?
 Quoting: AC 5341

At this point I wouldn't trust any state's government. I want to believe that the states can stand up and say "no" to Washington DC and many are putting up some good resistance, but inspite of the rhetoric of some in the legislatures or some of the governors, Washington DC has been railroading things right through for some time now. Think about it. The DHS didn't even exist 11 years ago and now they are running the police state show. The TSA is molesting innocent people in public in ways that would get the local sheriff fired and sued and not one state has even tried to stop them. Then there are the courts. They couldn't give a rats ass about states rights.

This didn't happen overnight. True state sovereignty has been erroded and erased by decade after decade of purposeful reprogramming. States have become dependent on the federal teat and corrupted by the same. Bottom line is that the same lack of principles we hate Washington DC for is present at the state levels too. It's just not as overtly evil... except for states like NY, IL, and CA which are pretty much satan's little incubators of evil.

he shot both men

claiming some bizarre story

I think in was in the Northeast

turned out he was a state employee...but also on the payroll for the 'feds'

the guys were reported as one injured, one dead, two in comas, one in coma, one in critical...ended up they were basically being gagged while some 'investigation' was undertaken

never really found out how that turned out

but being dead and then alive again, and critical, responsive, then not but in acoma, oops, ahdead, yeah, ah, nearly dead, paralyzed...those who understand kNow what I am conveying...

seems it is more common these 'workers' serve two masters...or so it appears and they can be quite deceiving

I don't know how deeply the DH-SS has infiltrated the NJ government, but I was amazed to find how much of the paperwork and forms we have at work are all originated in the DH-SS!

They are everywhere and they watch everything. Herr Hess is most certainly smiling up at them from his flaming pit in hell! The dimwitted idiots in this country have been totally mind-fucked and distracted by these Jack Booted scum and will most certainly pay the price down the road as they are loaded into railcars for their FEMA vacations.

Ok I can do that. My grandparents left Germany before WWII. They saw the rise of the Nazis and got the heck out before it was too late. This is EXACTLY how it happened. It is happening again! The DH-SS has been set up to do what the military and the law enforcement may or may not do. Those who deny it or ignore it will still die squealing for their mommys in the end. Better to put up a fight and assault weapons are NOT needed, remember they all burn don't they?

I've been noticing more and more states have their own state DHS i.e. New Jersey Homeland Security.

What if the fed DHS is creating these posts in each state to slowly create a separate chain of command inside each state that consolidates control over civil and law enforcement resources to answer to the federal government instead of the state governor when shtf?

Time to look a little deeper into what's going on here.

considering states r low on funds n the federal mandates that they foot the bill for, i can see states placing other departments under various depart's n sending them back to the fed to pay the bills. saves states money but at a very steep price of freedom. no states will have the RIGHT to make descisions.

Re: Alabama gives in to DHS by Executive Order
By Executive Order the State of Alabama will be consolidating control of various departments to be headed up by a single DHS controller. My understanding is that the DHS head in each state is on he Fed payroll. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

[link to www.dhs.alabama.gov]

the departments by executive order as follows:
The Alabama Department of Public Safety
The Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources
The Alabama Department of Homeland Security
The Alabama Department of Insurance / State Fire Marshal

Additionally a bill is going to come through the state legislature to include additional departments...

Governor Bentley also announced Tuesday that legislation aimed at further streamlining state-level law enforcement is currently being finalized and will be submitted to the Alabama Legislature during the 2013 Regular Session.

The legislation will call for absorbing the law enforcement functions of the Alabama Public Service Commission, the Uniformed Division of the Alabama Department of Revenue and certain functions of the Law Enforcement Unit of the Alabama Department of Transportation into the Highway Patrol Division of the Department of Public Safety.

Legislation will also call for absorbing the Investigative and Enforcement Unit of the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries and the Enforcement Division of the Alabama Forestry Commission into the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. This will help farmers and landowners by further protecting land and resources. Upcoming legislation will also call for absorbing the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center into the Alabama Department of Public Safety.

Ths is the Alabama department of homeland security not federal dhs. It is my understanding it was created to keep the fed out as much as they can.

I'm not sleep deprived at all. 10 mg melatonin would take care of it if I was.

I don't like Bentley, I think he looks like skeletor.

But all he is doing is planning to consolidate state level law enforcement, meaning agencies like the State Capitol Police and Marine Police fall under the authority of Dept. of Public Safety.

But at the mere mention of "homeland security" yall seem to turn into quivering spineless "victims."

Not losing my mind, just concerning to see it. From a post on p. 2 you can see the fed dhs contact is the same as the state guy. That's why it is concerning. I understand the guy works for the state, but look at the connection through Fusion with data sharing and the contact info for the federal department.

Trying to see how federal DHS ties to state DHS and found this...

State Homeland Security Program (SHSP)

Total Funding Available in FY 2012: $294,000,000

Purpose: SHSP supports the implementation of state Homeland Security Strategies to address the identified planning, organization, equipment, training, and exercise needs to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from acts of terrorism and other catastrophic events. SHSP also provides funding to implement initiatives in the State Preparedness Report.

From a Kentucky website:

Grant Program

Each year Kentucky is called on to compete with other states and urban areas to receive federal homeland security funding. The state provides the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with a comprehensive document that entails how homeland security funds will be used in Kentucky.

Following a comprehensive review at the federal level that takes into consideration the elements of risk and the effectiveness of the state’s programs, a specified reward is granted.
