What if the fed DHS is creating these posts in each state to slowly create a separate chain of command inside each state that consolidates control over civil and law enforcement resources to answer to the federal government instead of the state governor when shtf? Time to look a little deeper into what's going on here. You only hear about SpecOps when they go wrong. |

My understanding is that the DHS head in each state is on he Fed payroll. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Upcoming legislation will also call for absorbing the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center into the Alabama Department of Public Safety. Ths is the Alabama department of homeland security not federal dhs. It is my understanding it was created to keep the fed out as much as they can.
