When I got denied, I filed an appeal but most ppl dont know or just give up.
Quoting: Valeria my first lawyer did file an appeal and had a hearing still denied I was denied with my first appeal. I filed a second appeal and had a hearing in front of an administrative law judge two years later and won my case.
