Re: do Christians believe dinosaurs existed?
Thousands and thousands of scientists who do not believe in evolution?
Really, I would love to see those statistics..
You're absolutely wrong.. without a doubt. Wrong.
Apparently you've convinced yourself that after Darwin died, all research supporting his theory died with him. It's hilarity.
90% or more of all credible scientists believe in evolution.
The other 10% cannot reconcile their religious beliefs with the actual evidence. I work at a university, so I don't need to go ask anyone..
I've seen, read, and very much understand the experiments.
These things are being repeated, they are observed, and documented. What else is there? A quote taken out of context? Go back to oxford today and ask the biology department if they believe in evolution, they'll probably laugh you out of the building. You're right, we've learned a lot since the days of believing the earth was flat, we've learned that it is not okay to crucify the person who says that it isn't, because it goes against your religious beliefs. I'm tired of young earthers using that same argument over and over, forgetting what happened when science told them that their fairy tale wasn't exactly accurate. You'll forever be on a witch hunt to root out science, to strip if from people's life, in place of a book with nothing but stale ideas, and stagnant ideals.
Stop science, hate the gays, racism is cool, and women are objects..
Awesome ideals.

except those indoctrinated by the RCC, no one believed in flat earth. Most have never given a thought to this issue from the beginning. But those who did knew that it is not flat. but a sphere, supported by nothing else, but the Will of the Creator.

Yes they did. The flood in the story Noah's ark took them out. That's why we have fossils. ~ A Christian.

I have seen some Christians say they did not exist... kind of hard to take Christians even a tiny bit seriously if they are that dumb.

Re: do Christians believe dinosaurs existed?
The apparent contradiction is quite easy to solve when assuming that this universe is a virtual reality. The Bible indicates that the world was created around 6,000 years ago in six days. Establishing the age of Earth is impossible because of the absence of objective reality. Scientific analysis of available artefacts on the ground suggests that Earth has evolved in billions of years, but a writing system was first developed around 5,500 years ago in Mesopotamia, just a few hundred years after Earth has been created according to The Bible.

No written records of human history exist from before this time. Mesopotamia was the location where the Garden of Eden must have been. Eve and Adam may still have been alive when a writing system was first developed, so there is a good chance that the story of Eve and Adam was written down at that time and included later in Genesis.

Based on the information we have now, accident and evolution are the most likely causes of human existence. If there is unlimited time and space then there are unlimited possibilities. Human existence is a possible outcome of a process that lasted billions of years in a universe of billions of light-years in size. DNA shows traces of random development suggesting evolution.

Because of the existence of missing links in the fossil record of species the evidence for evolution is not conclusive, but those missing links may still be discovered in the future. However, the concept of evolution contradicts with the existence of spirits and reincarnation. Therefore the big bang theory as an explanation for the origin of our universe and evolution as an explanation for the origin of species in our universe is doubtful. The materialist big bang and evolution theories imply that a spirit resides in the body and dies with it.

Probably God is part of an advanced civilisation that came into existence by chance and evolution. Creating humans in the image of God therefore means copying humans from God's own world into an imaginary world called Creation. The word image implies that the species are copied and not designed. The copying of images included a fossil record of previous species.

The artefacts suggesting that our universe has evolved in billions of years are the result of The Programme creating a starting point for history to begin with. The transition from the setup phase of The Programme called Creation, and the run phase of The Programme called history, may never be traceable. The Programme is responsible for simulating all physical, chemical and biological laws and evolution in the virtual world. The Programme is so advanced that it simulates human behaviour in detail.

You lost me on the first bit.
That's not an assumption really is it?
Now come on...that's a whole 360 paradigm change!

The "writing" always gets me too.
I've always appreciated cave drawings as a form of writing or rudimentary communication, albeit in pictogram style.
The oldest found is around 40,000 years old in Spain.

So is that where the Garden of Eden was....?

I had a cult like x who sometimes made sense.
The way he explained it was the Garden of Eden was a spiritual place. The new Jerusalem church is a spiritual place.....not a physical place. The bible in itself is based on a spiritual existence, so the Bible toggles from the spiritual world to the physical world...taking the book to literal is where people fall short. Science and religion coexist without one there could not be another says Einstein...but .....when it comes to the Bible....taking it literal is not the way it is suppose to be...you have to understand God lives in a spiritual existence.....and the way things are spoken are not as they seem .... this guy told me Eden was a Church the trees were people..the apple was poisoned words and the snake was a false prophet. Adam was in charge of this place and he fell short...in way it makes sense to me ..but then again the source itself ...who told me this is an insane cult fanatic so ...I.m not sure where the truth ends and the lies begin.

Yep. During the first earth age. We're in the second. There's one more to come.
So have I now become your enemy for telling you the TRUTH? Galatians 4:16

Are you implying that there is another religion on Earth that all believers agree on every aspect of completely? Atheism included...We all have different experiences, were raised in different environments, have different values and morals and therefore different beliefs and viewpoints. There are certain aspects of Christianity that require belief in, or else excludes you from being a Christian (such as that Jesus Christ died and resurrected).
Your statement lacks critical thinking. Even if every single person of a particular faith held the exact same views, they could all still be wrong. Majority opinion does not equate to truth, my friend.
