I have polarized sun glasses and polarized (HD) glasses and they don't have lines in them. Look at OP's picture you can see what looks like a second lens. It even makes it own reflection. These are definitely some kind of "tech" glasses

I just think she is going for a new image! Girls with glasses are thought to be smarter! The no make up, no hair style, no lasik surgery is what is disturbing to me. Men are more vain and at least take care of their appearance!

This is what I'm watching and is probably just as good as an explanation you would find anywhere.

My sister had Multiple Sclerosis which caused double vision. She wore a prism lens exactly like that.

Looks like Hillary is a lot sicker than we've been told - or maybe the clone is just breaking down.
