That is a military hardware computer screen behind the glasses lens that the Clinton stand-in can read so she knows what to say. They are operated by a wireless keyboard and in this instance, my guess is that the gal in blue sitting next to the Clinton stand-in is keying for information and posting it to the screen behind the eye-glasses.
