In other words the water came from below the surface of the earth as well. It means it came from the oceans. From the time of the ice-caps being at their max and today the oceans rose 400ft, is that a flood? (many floods) If the mountains are all less than 200M old and this theory is valid where was the water? (as an explanation to shells being found at the tops of mountains)
