BULLSHIT. C-130's are loud as HELL. At that low of an altitude, you wouldn't hear your friend whispering to you...you wouldn't hear ANYTHING but the plane.

Honestly, it means nothing that planes and helicopters are flying over the sinkhole. They could be studying it, they could just be passing through.

If you stop seeing air traffic in the area entirely, THAT might be a cause for concern.

it would make sense for the coast guard to be scouting the area

1- I'm guessing there's a military base nearby
2- I fail to see a connection between Brazil and the sinkhole...
