I believe I have discovered the true purpose of the Washington Monument system. This is an ancient architecture science which pulls from the sciences of geology, astrology, astronomy, and magnetism. It's over all purpose is to alter the morality centers of the human brain in order to chain the world to -- "DO WHAT THOU WILT."

This giant antenna is aligned with Capital Hill where the energy is actually amplified from the bell shape. Next the American law makers alter their personal moral codes and push legislation to destroy America.
