stop and breath a moment. it doesn't mean that at all. it probably means they were there for a very high level drill. now how in the hell can you explain such an event happening during such a drill?

personally, this is how it's beginning to feel to me because it would explain why things are sealed for 90 days (a provisional period--expect much to be permanently sealed.)

as for any conspiracy, i am exhausted at such a thought. some things feel wrong, and perhaps it was an inside job inside a job.
