So you saw all them official vehicles parked in them parking lot's way before the shooting even happened?
Quoting: El Quisqueyano when local police arrive? Local PD radio traffic explicitly states, "chasing", "coming towards me", "Lima Echo"... he was 'law enforcement' not recognized by local PD! These ARE facts.And helicopter video for it as well.
