there is also a grotto up the road, off 25 into Brookfield, past the intersection with Obtuse

I used to stop there sometimes, because it was very scenic

there is a catholic organization which built the grotto, it looks like a copy of lourdes with a big statue of the virgin Mary

sometimes the thought would go through my head: why such a significant grotto here...? Is there something particularly negative someone is trying to counter?
