He says...any extra units proceed to staging area to "help out with segregation of the kids and parents."
The terminology leapt out at me.
Quoting: swansong 32919940 And why wouldn't that simply mean segregating the kids and parents from an active crime scene? Because the staging area wasn't an active crime scene. Right. They were trying to keep all the parents and kids at the staging area and away from (segregated from) the school. Right. Just the parents and the kids. No one else.
