They don't have the means nor the capability to do anything to the United States, while the United States in turn could easily just crush them in a heartbeat if it so desired too...

HOWEVER...

I will acknowledge the possibility of Chinese collusion with North Korea, and if the North were to ever acquire the means of striking the U.S. West Coast, then it would obviously come with the help of the Chinese...
