After US, North Korea Turns Threats South

The threat against South Korea came a day after the North said it would carry out a new nuclear test and more long-range rocket launches as part of a new phase of confrontation with the United States.

No worries buddy cheers

If China cuts aid and N.Korea would be left with no source of survival that would be a big boost to the war drive for the country and to be honest I have to say it is probably the most legitimate cause we have ever seen for a country to launch a War and that is to feed its people N.Korea would become a siege and you back a animal in a corner they will most likely lash out.

US envoy: 'Very strong consensus' with China on N. Korea

BEIJING, China - The United States and China have "achieved a very strong degree of consensus" on North Korea, US envoy Glyn Davies said Friday, January 25, after meetings in Beijing following Pyongyang saying it planned another nuclear test.

"We come here in the wake of some dramatic steps," he told reporters in Beijing. Referring to the North's earlier threat to take "physical counter-measures" against the South, he added that the comments were "troubling and counter-productive".

North Korea has renewed its threat to carry out a third nuclear test in the latest in a series of bellicose warnings sparked by a tightening of UN sanctions, saying it's the 'demand of the people.'
'A nuclear test is the demand of the people,' said the Rodong Sinmun, the official daily newspaper of the ruling communist party on Saturday, in a signed commentary titled 'We have no other option'.

For real? You must be a military expert eh? I served in the military for 12 years and one of my duty stations was SK. When people say the norths Army would take out SK's quickly and easily I laugh. If you only knew how well prepared the south is for this war. When it goes down it will not be quick or easy (if the US were not involved)...Both sides will suffer great loses. If the US is envolved (which it obviously will) the tide turns in SK's favor big time.
