this is what happens when 2 rude people who are both poorly educated have a disagreement. They both acted immaturely - have we in america become to disgustingly inept as human beings where waiting 4 minutes for a pack of cigarettes is a big deal? Or have we no sense as to having consideration for other peoples time she could have said , "sir you go ahead, im still deciding.", but no, none of what mature people respectful educated people would do.

That's what annoyed her and sent the whole thing to another level. He should have just waited instead of being a smart ass and saying "i was here first" And that other chick needs anger management classes seriously. The only guy who had some decency was that hispanic dude behind the counter. He kept quiet and told dude to wash his face seemed like a chill dude They both have anger issues and express it differently. I was just commenting because communication is my interest, how that perfect timing send things into another level. The woman originally was annoyed and looked ahead, but both talking at the same time was the spark.
