They are angels who left their habitation, chose NOT to enter the womb at God's orchestrated decision and live through the flesh second Earth age in order to make a decision to follow Jesus or not.

When they made that decision, they fell from God's Grace and was condemned to death along with Lucifer.

Their home may have been Orion, but they are not alien to God, they are His angels who are now waiting to die.
