I grew up Republican without truly understanding the views of that party. Over the years, I have become almost obsessive with American History. My conclusion is that every Country will try to cover their dirty laundry by taking well known Americans and labeling them "heroes". EVEN when they are the very opposite of that single word. Was Martin Luther King Jr., or J.F. Kennedy such a person? AND WHY NOW is Ronald Reagan being portrayed as a monster? No president is of perfect rainbow color but I have ALWAYS viewed President Reagan and his wife as people of virtue. Please explain? How many people did Reagan kill in Latin America during the Dirty Wars of the 1980's? He weren't no saint either. |
