that is the end goal. The federalization of all LE in the US is just a step on the way to that, and THAT is what Homeland Security was created to become.
That means there would be no local sheriffs as we now think of them, elected by the locals. All local LE officials would be federally controlled, and eventually, globally controlled.

The ability to monitor EVERYTHING you buy, sell, or do. The ability to prevent those who do not cooperate, from buying, selling, or functioning in society AT ALL.
Many will take the mark in the forehead, meaning that they agree with the NWO system. Many who do not agree, will still take the mark, but they will take it in the right hand, denoting their "actions", or their "works". They will cooperate in order to continue to be able to function, and to avoid the increasing persecution that will eventually reach the level of a death decree.
Eventually, all those who will not participate, like patriots, constitutionalists, conservatives, libertarians, Christians, etc... will all be slated for extermination.
You had better make a decision now, and not later. because if you wait until later, you will not be able to resist the temptation to take the mark.
The "hour of temptation" will come upon the whole world, and those who take the mark out of agreement, or in order to "save their skins", will suffer the wrath of God, when it is poured out without mixture (mercy). So far, all judgments of God have been mixed with mercy. Those who accept the mark will receive the 7 last plagues, which will be poured out WITHOUT mercy.
