Australia day OR Invasion day
Australian Day in the land down under, but what does this really mean to an aust citizen? History dictates that it is the official national day of Australia. Celebrated annually on 26 January, the date commemorates the arrival of the First Fleet at Sydney Cove, New South Wales in 1788 and the proclamation at that time of British sovereignty over the eastern seaboard of Australia.

We are told to celebrate our sovereignty, “throw another shrimp on the barbe, and have a beer” the public then go out and buy our foreign made flags and all the paraphernalia to support the whole lie. But For some Australians, particularly Indigenous Australians, Australia Day has become a symbol for adverse effects of British settlement on Australia's Indigenous people. While the sheeple go on believing the illusion of a nation united through political correction and government tokenism directed towards indigenous Australians.

But what is really required is a real Australia Day that celebrates the diversity of all Australian people a new date! A date that can be shared by all, the 26 January is also known as 'Invasion Day' has been widely used to describe the alternative Indigenous observance of Australia Day.

And your religion Is? I think you would be better off heading back to the great land of the whatever. I have never heard them term it invasion day, and in actual fact they celebrate with us.

From memory it is the Hard core muslim control freaks who DO NOT and want it all changed.. to suit THEM. Tell you what - would suit most of us here if you got back on the boat!!
