I can't believe nobody noticed that the body fell before the shot was fired.  This is fake as hell. No, I'd say that's just the delay in sinc between sound and picture. Happens on a lot of videos. Yeah except for that pesky ricochet that makes a poof in the dirt...after the body fell and at the same time as the gun fires. Regardless whether this was fake or not, it certainly isn't the Syrian army. Please tell me you can see the difference.
