And why cant it be done? If you dont like your neighbor for some reason then the only thing you have to do is to let go of that reason and to forgive. God is letting you make that decision yourself, but it seems that you are making excuses.

i'll let you in on a grand secret OP. Well not really a secret, moreover a good rule of thumb, when determining the validity of something look to see if it has 2 sides. You see the real DELUSION is duality. Light, Dark Night, Day Good, Bad CHRIST, SATAN. You see when you only have 2 choices that negates the truth of things because you put a limitation on what the truth can be.
