a concession means nothing when the facts, the legitimate vote-counting facts, will prove thatīs heīs the winner.
heīll just claim that at the time he conceded because he THOUGHT there wasnīt any chance he could win and didnīt want to contest the election at that time...but wanted to let the voting process prove who the true winner was.
his concession was a clever, noncombative ruse to throw bush and his republitards off his scent.
