Praetorian Declaration

My People,

For 15 years,since 28th of October 1998,I have led you with passion and might and right

I have led you with dedication and with the love of Apollo and I like to think that Diana,the goddess of History will look upon my mission with kindness and love and that the future generations will love me and appreciate my work,moreso than the current one

But the laws of Nature tells us that in Time,even the best swords,used to decapitate tens of people at once,rust and decay and are ultimately destroyed

Atlanteans,that has also happened to my will and I beg forgiveness from all of you,for in the last year I have permitted thieves and robbers to rule Romania

Specifically,Deutsche Welle informed me today that

Romania has no chances of being accepted into the borders of the European Union or the Schengen space because our fat parliament of 588 representatives,

elected illegitimately since the Law of the Roman Republic tells us that ther shall be one senator for every 150000 Roman citizens and one deputy for every 70000,

has decided to give super immunity from prosecution for themselves

The European Commision notices that in her raport and has decided to keep secret the said report from the Romanian public authorities giving the poor justification of leaks in press prior to publishing

In reality a very harsh report is being drafted one who will seal the borders of the EU space for Atlantis

I have chosen to support USL against president Basescu last year because he has made some dreadfull mistakes

He too has promoted thieves and robbers such as Elena Udrea and Cocos to public offices in the country

has given her the full development EU budget of 40 billion euros for Romania in the period of time:2007-2013

and has exercised illegal control over secret services making himself a dictator and spitting on our Atlantean democracy

and has ignored my good suggestions,kept Emil Boc as prime minister and refused to promote me or any other in his place

The war which came into the country torned our divine country appart and set sadness into the hearts of Atlanteans

I have failed to see the danger of IMF slave loan and have subjected my own country from 2008 to many sufferences and humiliations

I ask forgiveness for all these

I have ignored the suggestions of my divine sister Artemis to let this society fall to redeem itself and now we all pay for this

I ask her for forgiveness and promote her as the new Praetor of the Roman Republic

the Praetor is the Edge of the Sword and the Tip of the Spear

you shall serve our people well Artemis as I did for 14 years without being paid

As we did for 40000 years

This last experience gives me the Right to ask the Divine Atlantis to select new leaders for our country

You have chosen poorly thieves in the parliament and you shall select new ones,who are honest and hard working such as myself and the Gods

That is why I am calling all of you,my beloved Atlanteans and members of the White Race for new elections in 30 days as the Atlantean Constitution demands it

For I have decided to dissolve this illegal parliament ,to demise this government and president Basescu who is the representative of our people in relation with foreign powers

and not the deciding factor for our country as you might believe

and to recuse all of us from participating in the next elections

for the glory of Atlantis

although we have great Technology who has kept us safe,20000 of us against 7 billion barbarians

this is not a substitute for poor Ethical behaviour

you shall cease stealing and begging and see your own work being completed

for there are 200 star systems awaiting colonisation according to the Divine Universal Plan
