If i drove across the country. There would be limited roads that i could take. You could even find certain points, bridges that you had to cross. Knowing this. You just have to find the toll points. Most days, there's camera's on the bridges, narrow the time, and you could easily track this down.

An IP is just that, a toll road, a b ridge. The real map, is from the ISP, only certain ones offered in that residence. Cable or DSL. Might be some access from school or a friends house.

But if you knew the location, it's would be fairly easy to find to which Provider they have. Log's are kept of everything, and everywhere you go.

Anything you type, or do, can be found on the net. Not every search engine will find this, however there plenty of search engines that can, and websites that cache older material. Like pictures.

None of those pictures have accurate watermarks, and are coded really weird.
